To file a claim, you will first need a Class Member ID. To obtain an ID and file a claim, please use the “contact” form. In the message section, please include any other names you may have used with the LASD, including any aliases. If you know your approximate dates in jail or booking number, please include that information too. Once we receive this information, we will attempt to locate you on the class list. If we confirm you are a class member, we will send an ID and you will be able to file a claim. If we cannot locate you, we will be in touch to request additional information. Contact Us.
